Recently, Vicky co-launched (with executive search expert Matt Mooney and technology executive, Jin Ro) a new company called Marovi, and those of us in the Women’s Purpose Community couldn’t be more proud. The Problem She Couldn't Ignore

After decades in executive search, placing thousands of C-level and board leaders, Vicky and her co-founders saw a painful truth: companies were spending too much time and money trying to find the right leaders, and still missing the mark.
